1. Where We Ship
We currently ship only to eligible U.S. states where hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products are legal. Due to evolving legislation, we do not ship to the following states:

3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and shipping method. We do not currently offer free shipping, but promotions may apply periodically.
For pallet or bulk orders, we will help you source the most efficient freight option and provide a custom quote. Please contact us before placing a high-volume order.
6. Tracking & Delivery Issues
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received:

Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If unresolved, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Hiatus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to assist you with filing a claim.
7. Legal Compliance Disclaimer
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations regarding hemp-derived THC products. If a shipment is returned to us due to legal restrictions, invalid address, or failed age verification, we reserve the right to withhold the cost of shipping and charge a restocking fee.
